Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Ann Northern.

I work with founders who are building product-driven brands and want thoughtful, experienced support as they bring their ideas to life.

Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time inside product development, sourcing, and manufacturing — across apparel, home, and accessories. But what I’ve learned is that the most important part of this work isn’t just the product. It’s the decisions founders have to make along the way, often without a clear roadmap.  My role is to help bring clarity to those moments.

Sometimes that means helping shape an idea early on. Other times it’s guiding sourcing conversations, supporting production readiness, or helping navigate the in-between stages where things feel unclear or overwhelming. I’m there to think alongside you, ask the right questions, and help turn vision into something real and executable.

I’ve worked with Design, global partners, factories, and teams, and today I focus on supporting a small number of founder-led brands where collaboration, trust, and care for the product truly matter.

I believe good products are built through thoughtful process, honest conversations, and strong relationships and that founders shouldn’t have to do it all alone.
